At Mustard, we celebrate the cuisines of two of India’s most culinarily advanced states, where passion for food is not just an ethnic identity, but a way of life!
In 2005, this pioneering concept, executed by Chef Radhika Abbi, brought to Singapore a plethora of rare flavours, and over the years, this has led our dishes to have attained ‘Comfort-Food’ status among loyal “regulars” and tourists alike.
